bangkokburning
After weeks of pure madness - constant dropped data stream over my GPRS/DTAC I found this...SOLVED! http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925681When you try to download a file from the Internet by using Windows Internet Explorer in a Windows operating system, the download stops responding and then times out. The problem occurs when you use a USB modem that has a data transfer speed that is faster than or equal to 240 kilobits per second (Kbps). http://support.microsoft.com/hotfix/KBHotfix.aspx?kbnum=925681&kbln=en-us Above to request hotfix/pw. I had problems with the pw and the zip/install primitive. Better - find Windows6.1-KB925681-x86 msu on the InternetS and DL in case you need to reinstall OS later.
