After weeks of pure madness - constant dropped data stream over my GPRS/DTAC I found this...SOLVED!

Above to request hotfix/pw. I had problems with the pw and the zip/install primitive.

Better - find Windows6.1-KB925681-x86 msu on the InternetS and DL in case you need to reinstall OS later.
