Open Question To Forum Moderator Mr. Tywais

Sir, I've recently posted a couple of questions. In both cases people were allow to respond but then the topics were "locked".

I have looked at the forum rules and do not see what I was in violation of.

I freely acknowledge that my questions were of a subjective nature, even of a provocative nature, but so what? Is that such a terrible thing?

I see that is has stimulated some interesting replies and some food for thought. What's so bad about that? Is contentious debate not permitted? I did not flame anyone nor did I insult anyone.

Is it not one of the purposes of a forum to be somewhere where we can air conflicting views? For the record I am willing to have my mind changed by people more knowledgeable than myself, if given the chance. Slamming me then closing the topic is not giving that chance.

Thanks so much.
