Good after noon, i got married to a thai man last feb2010.So now i am going to Samui tomorrow for the 90 day notification this shall be my last notification as i then have to leave Thailand 11 May 2011.Can i go back to Penang and get another imm.o. visa cost 220 ringit or has it have to be another Thai embassy ie Kota bhru.Or maybe i could ask at immigation tomorrow for some infomation but.i think they are always too busy?Thank you to all that reply is post.

I am thinking that you have a 12 month extension for the reason of having a Thai Husband.

If this is the case why don't you extend it for another 12 months at Samui Immigration.

Same as last year 1,900 Baht.

As said you need to visit immigration with husband and same documents as last year to obtain a new one year extension of stay and it needs to be done soon. You do not have to obtain a new visa - it is just the 1,900 baht extension of stay using a TM.7 form and your passport getting a new stamp (believe it will be 30 days and then final visit for full year).
