I'm very recently Divorced after 9-10 Years, being the Father of 3

Thailand Born Sons (each holding British & Thai Passports) does

this enable me to Obtain & Remain in Thailand with "Non-Imm-O"

Visa status as it is still "Visiting Family".....?

You can still obtain non immigrant O visas but in the local area believe only single entry is normally issued. You can also extend stay 60 days to visit.

If living with you (your custody) there would also be extension of stay option as with having Thai wife (400k or 40k income requirements are the same but without seasoning of 400k requirement).
