Pls Help If You Had Same Experiences

Featured Replies

It would be highly appreciated if you could help?

I 'm currently holding ED visa. My visastamp is going to expire on 1st Apr, however ,for some reason I need to leave Bangkok on 9th Apr . I understand I can do the 7-days extension. But after that, I still have to overstay for one day.

The point is, I'm still coming back to Bangkok as a tourist ( my passport is granted visa exempt entry) after exact 2 weeks. Are there any risks I might take that I would be rejected to enter Thai by immigration officer because of my overstay?

Are there any better options I can consider?

Thanks in advance for your help!

You are likely to be refused a 7 day extension without ticket out within that time. Be much better to take organized trip to Cambodia border for a 15 day visa exempt entry at about the same cost.
