90 Day Report

Featured Replies

Just a quick question as I have received conflicting advice.

I am on an extension of Non-O visa for one year, which expires on 14 June 2011.

My 90 Day report was due on 16 March 2011, but I travelled and returned to Thailand today, 9 March 2011. I understand that, normally, the 90 Report starts from when you return to Thailand, so I should forget about the report date due on 16 March ?

The immigration officer rightly stamped my passport with permission to stay until 14 June 2011 ( the date my 12 month extension expires ).

So, what is my 90 day reporting date ? Is it 90 days from today, as that will be just a few days before the 14 June, or will obtaining a new 12 month extension from 14 June cover the reporting date ?

90 days from entry - entry is day one. Only first extension of stay ever counts as a 90 day report so both will have to be done.

Many thanks.
