I'm looking for a (reliable and easy to use) backup solution for my Win7 system.

Your advise on the a/m software (or any other alternatives) will be much appreciated.

Windows 7 includes an easy to use System Image Backup Tool, with which you can now backup or clone an image of your disk.

You no longer need to use a 3rd party software to do it.

I like Norton Ghost 15. I have it set up to back up my workstations, laptops, and NAS's automatically without having to think about it..

Acronis True Image

Or use Windows 7 Backup and Restore [link] as previously suggested.

I tried Windows 7 backup's - took for ages. Acronis True Image a matter of seconds or minutes for incremental image backups.
