March 22, 201115 yr Author Apply for a Tourist Visa in a neighboring country, then can enter 60 days, and can apply for a 30 day extension for 1,900 Baht. ok thanks... i was also wondering... if i stopped going to class what would happen to my current visa? does it just get voided? or if i stopped going would i have 30 days to leave? hard to find all the answers thanks for the help!
March 22, 201115 yr What is the reason for the non-O visa. Are they on a visa entry of 90 days or on an extension of stay based on you? If they ar on an extension based on you, their permission to stay will also end when you quit school. They would need a touist visa as well.
March 22, 201115 yr Author yes they are on an extension... i guess my question was more... do i have any time after i stop going to school or is my visa (and my families) immediately revoked? thanks! March 23, 201115 yr Your permission to stay, and theirs, ends the same day you stop. You either leave the country immediatly and come back on a tourist visa or go to immigration first and get a 7 day extension of stay for 1,900 baht.
