kanomk2
I have had the same # for around 10 years or so. All of a sudden, without notice, if the number is called it says in Thai that the number has been changed to ......... I only noticed as the phone was quiet for some time and I dialed my own number. I have a Guesthouse and Engineering related Company on that number!! When questioned I was told that other people in my area requested internet lines and the original number was not internet so my number had to be changed. No notice, info, concern for the last 10 years promotion by internet, joining directories, NOTHING. What a sham TOT is and totally unresponsive to customers. I HAVE NOW CHANGED TO CAT! All 5 numbers. Their internet has proven good over the last 2 years in Rayong and Chonburi locations I have.
keestha
Same thing happened in Khao Lak in I believe 2006. In the beginning dialling the old number resulted in a message notifying the caller of the new number, but this was stopped after a few months.
