morganl Posted April 7, 2011 Share Posted April 7, 2011 Does anybody know if there was an eclipse tonight? I thought it was a UFO at first but not sure. I saw what looked like a sliver of the moon. It was a bright orange-reddish hue in the west and then it just slowly disappeared. Another friend of mine also saw it but has no idea what it was either. Anybody else see it or know what it was? vacationman Posted April 7, 2011 Share Posted April 7, 2011 From our 14th Floor Condo it looked like the first day of the moon after a New Moon. Over Doi Suthep Mountain. Then it disappeared for about 10 - 15 minutes and reappeared. Think it went down behind the mountain now. Very ORANGE color... probally due to the pollution.
