Thais use dried beef for cooking, but can anyone tell me a good source of organic or naturally-reared meat as I like to eat it raw. Thank you.

used to have some lovely air dried beef that was real similar actually to the kenyan biltong in the food market behind the bus station in Trat. Couldn't tell you if it was organic or not (I guess not though), but it was great nonetheless...In Bkk I never found something that came close unfortunately...Saw that Kenyan Airlines were doing a special at ther moment, so maybe you could hop over there and get some of the best!!
