Standard Marijuana arrest ends in the discovery of a mysterious blood stained jacket.

An interesting case now from behind the Diana Golf Range on the Pattaya Third Road. Police Lieutenant Colonel Manoch from Pattaya Police Station received word that a group of men were smoking Marijuana inside a small house at the location. They arrived to find the men consuming this class 5 illegal drug and arrested a total of 5 young men who were wearing uniforms from a local Technical College and one packet of marijuana was found. This routine arrest took a new twist when a Police Volunteer discovered a blood stained blue jacket nearby. The men were questioned and each one denied knowledge of the jacket or its owner. For now the jacket remains a mystery, however Police theorize that the group may have recently assaulted a female at the location but this is only a theory as no supporting evidence including a victim could be found. The men were booked for possession of a class 5 drug back at the stationhouse but the blue jacket remains a mystery.

Were the MIB smoking dope or what?

Please tell me, "Pattaya City News" is it a newspaper or tv show or what?

most of what i read from PCN on here looks as thoughit was written by a ten year old

Its a TV program and the scripts reproduced on the website are copies of the scripts read out on the program and are therefore designed for such a use. If they were to be produced for a newspaper they would be modified.
