trangfarang
Have to do a VISA run this week and decided Cambodia is the easiest option. I've got all the details as to how its done, however someone suggested that I check on border closures before I go. Anyone know the current status or wht's the best way to find out? Thanks in advance
george
The Cambodian border check points are open for foreigners but not for Thais and Khmers, as per recent postings here in the forum. So if you want to just turn around at the border, it should not face any problems. The Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh does not exist anymore, so if it's a new visa you are after, you better consider Malaysia or Laos for your new visa.
