And the implied assumption from the "battered" and "bruised" crowd is that Thai women are all gold-diggers and not to be trusted as as many of us know FROM EXPERIENCE that this is not the case. So yes, just answer the question and leave the pontificating for the man next to you on the bar-stool

The ultimate penalty the Land Dept can bestow must be the biggest joke of the year " disposed of within 12 months" right, when thousands of houses have been trying to be got shut of for many a year another one forcibly joins the queue, but I guess the Land Dept woul love this particular one 12 months and one day the thing gets gobbled up for 50 baht
