Sad News: Death Of A Biker This Morning

Featured Replies

Paddy O' Mahony, the owner of Paddy's Inn Apartments and Rooms has died at 6am this morning in motorcycle accident. Details about accident are yet to be released.

He was a sport bike enthusiast and very nice man. Just 4 weeks ago we were sitting at my home and exchanging biker tales. Can't believe he's gone now. R.I.P.

My sincere condolences to his wife and children.

Jeez, I just saw him yesterday. He was not exactly a close friend, but we are in the same line of work and have a great deal of respect for each other. RIP. I'll look out for the report of the accident. Very shocking.

I also only met Paddy recently , a very nice guy and a real sports bike rider , sincere condolences to Paddys family and friends , some of whom i met with Paddy recently .... RIP Bros !!!! a reminder to us all to enjoy every day as if it were your last !!!

No idea who he was but it is sad news. Drove today frm Patong to Kathu, passing the hill and in the first turn going up (100mtrs after passing the temple) on the hill a foreigner was being treated by emergency workers. Could not see how bad it was.

In 8 months time i drove 9000km through Phuket only. Never had a 'scary' moment but it sure gives me the creeps to hear any news with motorbikes involved...

r.i.p.
