lopburi3 Posted June 2, 2011 Share Posted June 2, 2011 Manila has a well deserved reputation as one of the least friendly Thai Consulates for visa issue in the world. Almost every report I have read over a decade has been negative. Even taking into account we normally get much more negative reporting than positive I would avoid unless there for some other reason.
