Rimmer Posted June 19, 2011 Share Posted June 19, 2011 PM Dangles Investment Carrot for Pattaya and Laem Chabang PATTYA: -- Abhisit Vejjajiva, Democrat Party leader, is attempting to woo business leaders to invest in high-speed trains, build a harbor city, create special economic zones and give tax incentives for Thailand’s East. The caretaker PM said that if his party is elected to run Thailand for another four years he would transform Pattaya, known throughout the world for its beautiful beaches and nightlife, into an important tourism and shipping port in the East.
