lovenut Posted July 15, 2011 Share Posted July 15, 2011 Just done it Thai air seems only diect flight , otherwise you go to Mumbai or Delhi and back to Cennai. The Indian immigration gave me a hard time. I had a 30 day visa and went to a wedding, however they wanted to know the phone number of my hosts although I gave them the address. Welcome to India !!! keemapoot Posted July 15, 2011 Share Posted July 15, 2011 I've done it probably 7-8 times, but not in the past year or so. The Thai flight I think is still the only/best option, but all the Thai airways flights require red eye flights on the India routes. BTW, you might check Kingfisher, a great airline.
