[tick box] You have indicated that you want the appeal to be decided on the papers without a hearing. [unticked box]no representative or Sponser in the UK has been nominated. [unticked box] the representatives nominated by youhave indicated they are not representing you. [unticked box] The notice of the hearing sent to your nominated Representativehas been returned not served.. If you have no further evidence or submissions, no action from you is required. Friends son wants to stay with his sister and study english in Birmingham, Quiestion is should their have been a previous letter with a better explanation? i did ask, but they say no, only this, otherwise,i really am at a loss, Any help appreciated, Thanks Lickey.. Can't be either of the student routes as they don't attract full rights of appeal, except on race relations or human rights grounds.
