Transsexual accused of recent necklace snatch from Indian on Pattaya Beach

PATTAYA: -- A transsexual accused of stealing a gold necklace from an Indian Tourist on 12th August has been apprehended on Pattaya Beach. Mr. Bharat Bhoshan aged 54 was told to look out for the suspect and contact Police should he find him, which is exactly what he did late on Thursday Night. Officers arrived and arrested Khun Napat aged 28, a well-known and persistent offender, according to Police. The original incident occurred on Pattaya Beach according to Mr. Bhoshan, however Khun Napat understandably denied allegations made against him and claimed to have never met the victim before.

Although I certainly do not condone the theft, I still cannot understand why tourists feel the need to walk around with either gold jewelry or huge sums of currency. Its sort dumb I think.
