Lets hope so and with the extra Bobbies back on the beat - the villains will be apprehended promptly. A man of Santi`s experience would have a back up disk with this information on. His car was ransacked...but who by?...the murderers...or others looking for this `specific` information. The large man who called at the house before and after his murder is probably a `red herring`........either to divert attention away from the murderers or merely a coincidence. rocky Posted November 6, 2005 Share Posted November 6, 2005 Many of my posts in this forum reflects my thoughts and opinions regarding Pattaya, I enjoy the place very much but see it as a very dangerous place, The amount of suicides, murders and forced suicide is very high, I would imagine counting the populous it would be in the top five of any expat holiday resort for premature deaths on earth. (maybe the top 1) Many times I have warned against the dangers of buying a property in your girlfriend-boyfriends name or buying a property and leasing it back. I have met many men that have been fleeced of there lives savings and sent home without a bean, I know of English men that cannot leave the country waiting for trial for one thing or another, yet have no money and cannot go home to get any, I know of men that have met Thai ladies, started a relationship having unprotected sex to find out later the Thai girl friend all along new she was HIV positive, I know of one man that jumped from a condo, I know of a man that was shot dead, I know of men telling the Thai authorities there friends business (things they shouldn’t be doing) to get them deported, I know of men that have been drugged and robbed. I know of men that have rented motors bikes to be stopped and bribed as drugs where planted on the bike, Make no bones about this place, if you get too involved with people especially Thai’s, it is very dangerous, Enjoy your life but keep your self to your self, If you think this place is normal, look on the internet at the local paper from where you came and add up the deaths, Pattaya will out shine then. Pattaya is a sewer, and everytime I have to go there for business, a cringe when I have to go out at night to entertain someone. Everytime I can't wait to leave, 160 Kg 55 year old farang walking down the sidewalk with a 45 Kg 19 year old hooker, holding hands like they are high school sweet hearts..........yuck. At least the Thai men know enough to keep it inside. On the positive Pattaya area has some good golf. And yes, the few good looking girls I saw there were tourists.
