This little very old and totally abused sail-boat has been sittig in the parking-lot for many years now.

Looks like a cute little daysailer. Wonder if its for sale? A boat should be used not left sitting.

Its all a matter of perception. You see it as junk I see it as a possible rewarding project for someone to rejuvenate it. I know of a woman from New York who found an old rotting hull in the Thames and spent 10 million american on refurbishing it. When she was finished with it it has a chandeliers in the dining room.

you have never been saiting!!!

In the covered car park of Jomtien Beach Condo is a top of the range Merc .Its been standing in there unmoved for at least 4 years now .Maybe the owner died or can not get back to Thailand ,like the owner of the boat ?
