Does anyone know of a downloadable fill in on computer, UK pension application form, My index and forefinger on my right hand are numb from an accident

can claim 3/4 months before due date.

The increased tax allowance can be claimed for the whole tax year in which you reach 65. so 65 in march, tax increase backdated to April the previous year.
