realthaideal
The weather's getting kind of cool and I've got a craving for some chicken n dumplings - America's shortcut approach to making a proper pie. But don't get me wrong, it's an art form as well. So, has anyone seen Bisquick around ? Maybe in Rimping ? It's an instant mix, I know homemade is better, but Bisquick does a mighty fine job. IN fact rumor has it that a lot of the bakeries making "homemade breads" (all you discerning customers) in town are all using mixes as well. And so, a good mix is just a mix. C'est la vie. Plus from a bag or a can is maybe even an American tradition. Anyway, any tips are appreciated.

ThaiWx
I haven't looked for it personally but I'd be willing to bet Kaseam's has it. I'm in there often and always surprised of the (western) items I see in there.
lis41
Rimping definitely has it. Of course, it comes and goes on the shelves but I have seen it recently. 105 baht a box.
Greenside
You're heading for trouble here. Us Brits understand biscuits for what they really are (Rich Tea, Ginger Thins, Squashed Fly etc) and not the strange corrupted version that you guys somehow applied to the term. Ulysses G.
American biscuits are something like unsweetened buttermilk scones and they are really delicious when made correctly.
