Try SriRacha, the name of the shop is Racha Jakkayan (situated at the back of Robinson's SriRacha). I think the name of the owner is Khun Tee... Price is reasonable and he's quite accomodating. Bring a Thai friend to better understand as he may have trouble speaking english but good enough to explain few things. Highly recommended.

Is that now the Tescos, on sukhumvit coming back from Laem Chabang on the left hand side?

I rarely use it to be honest.

The bike shop on the right hand side of teppasit as you go towards the beach has a good stock - i was in there yesterday. I bought my m bike from there about 5 years, and a couple kids' bikes since, and i have always found the service to be excellent. the two shops on the left hand side have nothing like the same selection.
