Land for sale ( from 10 Rai, they want to sell 2- 3 pieces of land from 2.5 to 4 Rai ) in Trang. This land is on the Island named Koh Sukorn. On Andaman side , from there you can see Koh LaoLieng, and Koh Phetra. Beach front, and hill at the back. There is a road and electric. Very nice location and quiet. Sometimes you can see the Dolphin swimming there. Tourist attraction of Trang Province.

This price I assume for 1 Rai ( 550,000.- ) not for 10 Rai. You might have to buy at least 2.5 - 4 Rai. Further information at www.sukorncabana.com

Just try to translate for you. I saw this advertising for quite a long time at Pantip. Please go and visit before you do decide to buy, if the price is so cheap, you should keep in mind, are there anything behind the Bamboos ?;-) or is this land belong to National Park ?

I do not see any mention of what title it has. My bet is Por Bor Tor 6, a tax certificate. As on most of the islands, I doubt there is a channot. Farangs should keep away, unless you have friends in high places.
