Samsung Walking Street now completed

PATTAYA: -- After what seems an eternity, the missing ‘E’ was recently added to the Samsung Walking Street sign at the entrance to Pattaya’s premier nightlife destination area. As is often said, the wheels of progress march slowly, but this was ridiculous. Even if the hare and the tortoise story sounded silly, the missing E in the Walking Street sign would not have been believed by any five-year-old.

"I feel so complete, so fulfilled," said the inanimate sign to the passing ladyboy. "How about you?"

Although the LCD screen can be seen from as far away as Mars, even though tourism from the red planet is currently restricted to molecular particles of dubious hygiene, the bland ‘Walking Street’ part of the sign (which doesn’t light up at night) had been missing its second letter ‘E’ for quite some time.

the less letters on that horrible sign the better it looks, adding missing letters only ruins it further. If they removed the led display as well, that sign would look almost acceptable
