Man jumps 3 floors to avoid capture following break-in at Central Pattaya Apartment

PATTAYA:-- A suspected thief jumped from a 3rd floor apartment to avoid capture by Police, after being caught red-handed inside an apartment in Central Pattaya. Police and Rescue Services were called to the location late on Thursday Night after neighbors contacted the owner of the room to inform them that someone was inside. The room owner, Khun Somboon aged 37 returned with her foreign boyfriend to find a man inside, in the process of stealing items.
