Non-B Visa And Re-Entry Permit Request At The Airport?

This is the second time i am in Thailand with a Non-B Visa, each time i apply for one with re-entry, i get it without. And again i am in the situation where i have to go out of thailand for 2-3 days, and have to apply for a re-entry permit.

A Lawoffice told me i can get it at the airport while leaving, is that true ?

If you have a multi entry visa you would not need a re-entry permit. A visa is issued by a Consulate but re-entry is issued by immigration. So you seem to have a single 90 day visa entry or a one year extension of stay from immigration? It would be best to obtain from immigration office prior to airport trip but there is a desk there operating from 06-2400 that should be able to supply at a slightly higher fee but be sure to have photos/copies and allow extra time after check-in.
