I have a property in Chiang Mai but seem to be spending most of my time back in the UK. I would like to find a qualified and reliable property surveyor to inspect the property and provide a current valuation. Any recommendations would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I had someone from the local Land Office come by an do it as a side job which was good as he checked to see if the Chanote was correct.
