in Bangkok at Cisis(? or is it Cigi?) salon in All Seasons Place on the floor above the Tops Market, Wireless Rd/Soi Ruamrudee, walking distance from Ploenchit BTS (walk down Ruamrudee, turn in the back entrance via the Conrad).

Best haircuts and colours are from Paow that works there, and she speaks great English.

Also a good people watchign salon, as seems quite a mix of clientelle, from Hi-So ladies, to working expats, to ladies who lunch, and even American men (possibly CIA types?) getting manicures in the back.

How much does Paow run Redfish?
