I currently have a Non-O (retirement) and will try to change to a Non-B (teaching), and would like to know what are the ongoing requirements associated with the Non-B ??? ..... eg. w/ the Non-O annual re-instatements and 90 day reporting and 800k THB 3 months prior to renewal.

The same goes for a non-B. You will have to do 90 day reporting, etc. You need to show your income and that you have paid taxes on them, but for a teacher there is no minimum income requirement. There is no need to season any money in the bank.
