Anyone know the name of the Australian High commissioner in Bangkok?

They don't have a High commissioner but the Australian Ambassador to Thailand is Mr James Wise.

Indeed. Only Commonwealth countries exchange High Commissioners with each other and have High Commissions in each other's countries.

For everyone else they are called Ambassadors and Embassies.
