can someone tell me what this means in english? 'ka' and 'poh' are said sharply - i can't type in thai from this keyboard. i think it means stomach ulcer, but i'm not certain?

Actually I think that info about stress and worry CAUSING the ulcer is a bit out of date, but apparently does disable the defenses to the bacteria which ARE the actual cause. "ka-poh" is actually the stomach. The ulcer itself is something like แผลเปื่อย, "plae bpeuay"
