Not sure what you mean by a 'printable payment slip.' As far as I'm aware you, or rather the applicant, simply presents the relevant bankers draft/cashiers cheque when they submit their application. See 'Paying your visa application fee' on the Applying for a UK visa in Thailand page.

Ditto with a 'sponsors form.' There is no such form that I am aware of; simply write a letter to support the application, with a brief history of your relationship and including a list of the supporting documents.

You cannot make an on line payment you pay over the counter at the bank on the ground floor and they produce a draft.Once you submit they then give you an actual till type receipt with all the details on it.
