Cheese Curds

Featured Replies

Anywhere in thailand that make cheese curds and deliver?

havnt had any in almost 2 years

you can curdle milk at home: boil the milk then add lime juice (called manao, locally) and the curds will follow...strain thru cheesecloth (also widely available) and then available for whatever...use your imagination for hundreds of variations....but no good for making western style cottage cheese...

(a nasty thai girl in a western milk maid costume with a short skirt and high heels with long legs apart bends over suggestively and sneers: 'would you like some of my curds and whey?...')
