ก็คิดถึงพ้องคนพี่บ้าง

can anyone help me translate the phrase? especially the one underline.

the dictionary says พ้อง = identical, so i assume there is a hidden meaning in the daily usage speaking or a sub context... just wondering the reall meaning of it in this content.

thanks in advance.

It can be used as an expression agreement as well. So (my Thai isn't great) but I'd take that sentence to mean they also miss the (older) person / people.

ก็คิดถึงพ้องคนพี่บ้าง

It depends to some extent on the wider context, which is not given. As it stands above, I'd loosely translate the phase thus: "Well, I'm kind of missing my (older) friends". My rationale is thus: เพื่อนพ้อง means friend(s). The writer has omitted เพื่อน and is just using พ้อง to stand for the longer phrase. The คนพี่ is the qualifier of พ้อง and means, literally "the older one(s)". บ้าง means "somewhat" or "to some extent", or more colloquially, as here, "kind of".

If anyone has another interpretation, I'd be glad to read it.

Don't know if the OP still read his post. My opinion is that it's a typo. Instead of ก็คิดถึงพ้องคนพี่บ้าง, it should have been ก็คิดถึงน้องคนพี่บ้าง. That will make much more sense. The พ้อง is actually น้อง.
