first, excuse me if this isnt the right forum, im not sure where to post this.

I would like to know what requirements there are for a thailand based company that want to make a company-website.

Im from germany and the rules are very strict here and whole europe i guess.

Someone able to help me with that?

The only requirement is if you want a .co.th domain name, in that case you need to present a company registration documenting you have a registered company with a name similar to what you want to register. For .in.th or .com etc there are no particular restrictions.
