Visa Agents

Hi all.

This is my first post so would apreciate any help offered.

My Thai lady & I want to apply for a Prospective marriage visa for Australia & are willing to employ an agent to do all the paperwork.

The problem I have is finding a company that is trustworthy & competant in this area.

Can anyone recomend an agent or tell me how I can research agents performance.

what area ? i have used 2 agents in pattaya, one for settlement for wife and then one for settlement for her 2 children, all successful

If you believe your case to be 'strong' and you application reasonably straight forward, then there is no need to use an agent. The advice, help and support you will receive from this site alone is incredible, and will save you a small fortune.

I used an agent for my (then) girlfriends first tourist visa (to UK)...never again.

We then successfully (with the help from folks on here) applied for a 2 year settlement visa for my (now) wife (no agent).

P.S. The agent I used was NOT one of the sponsoring agents that helpfully post on this site. I would not knock the service they offer as I have no experience with them.

Its not rocket science, many people have applied for a visa and been successfully without an Agent, its not hard to fill in Visa forms. save yourself some money.

I am committed to using an agent, just like to have recomendations from people who have had sucess with their applications.

I am convinced that a Prospective marriage visa application for Australia is a complicated process & just want to make sure we have the best possible chance of sucess.

just make sure that the one you chose does not make promises they cannot keep....and ask lots of questions
