Hi all,

I am looking for any advice/comments regarding Police clearance reports and Medical certificates

Thai g/f is applying for Police clearance report and need a medical certificate also.

She wishes to work in Ireland or Cyprus she has an offer of work in Cyprus.but not Ireland ( do the same rules apply in any country)?

Any help would be appricated thanks in advance

You need to give more relevant info mate like where she is and if she has been away before and about 10 other nuggets of some kind of detail

Thanks Razzell, It was just a general question I put out.

Since posting, G/F has applied for Police Report, hoping to get in 10 days

I did have to send her a signed letter to backup why she needs a police report

I just told them she needed a police clearance certificate to visit Cyprus.They seemed to accept that

She filled out the form at the office in BKK, they asked her a few questions, that was it.

They told her, She can not apply again for another 3 months,I don't know if thats the norm. (by the way no cost)

The Employment Agency in Cyprus tells me she needs to get police clearance cert. stamped by the Ministry of foreign affairs in Thailand.

Regards the Medical Report, it seems she need to go to a hospital and have a Medical Examination Report , she need to be checked for TB as you say, Sexually transmitted disease's,Hepatitis B,C (HCV) and more.

not sure what else but I hope the hospital is familiar with what she needs, for Cyprus immigration.

She also needs this report stamped by the Ministry of Foreign affairs in Thailand

The reason I am saying all this, is I was hoping someone who has gone through the process would share their experience, as I am.
