Balderdash. His behaviour is certainly far more restrained and proper than some of the Democrat speakers. Note how he has kept his hands clasped. He is neither disoriented nor swaying or gesticulating with crazy hand movements as some of the Democrats were doing. If you want to see the man as drunk, you will see him as that. Others will seem him as coherent and behaving in an acceptable mannner.

Apaprently, you have no regard for the concept of an illegal search or in protecting evidence.. How do you know that the material alleged to have been found in the trash was even the DPM's refuse? How do you know the bottles were not planted? The correct action would have been to verify the contentts of the trash with a representative of the Speaker's office. Where were the witnesses that saw the DPM or his employees put this in the trash.

How would you feel if someone found some yaba in your trash that was in an accessible area and then acused you of having yaba? How about kiddie porn? Would it be appropriate to condemn you and demand immediate action even though there was no evidence that the material belonged to you? Would you be guilty of posessing the material because it was found in your trash, even though it was the guy from across the soi that put it there?
