System Administration – Technical Support Level 2

Your Mission:

- Responsible for maintaining the computer systems of a company.

- Providing technical support for Level 2 issues via Helpdesk and ticketing system.

- Installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Windows, Linux, Unix, Apache and MySQL.

- Monitoring servers for stability and taking both proactive and reactive measures to correct and prevent issues.

- Provide constant feedback to clients throughout resolution of their issue.

- Escalate issues to level 3 technicians as needed.

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English and French language.

- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, Windows Server Operating Systems, Linux Operating Systems.

- Pro-active, problem-solving attitude and outstanding customer service attitudes and skills.

- Knowledge of business functions and good communication skills.

- The desire to master new skills and move into new challenges.

- Initiative, excellent organizational skills, the ability to work within a team and to work independently, simultaneously managing multiple priorities.

- Minimum two years experience working in a technical support or systems administration position.

- Ability to work regular hours and share in after-hours on-call schedule.
