16 year old boy dead after shooting in Jomtien

PATTAYA:--A 16 year old boy was killed and a 20 year old man was injured following an unexplained shooting which took place early on Monday morning in Jomtien.

Police were made aware of the incident by medical staff at Banglamung Hospital and made their way to the crime scene in Soi Watboon 5 and then to the Hospital.

The 16 year old boy was admitted with multiple gunshot wounds and died soon after he arrived. Khun Suchart aged 20 sustained two gunshot wounds in his hand and leg and survived. He told Police that they were travelling on one motorbike but witnesses claimed the men were delivering something when moments later, gunfire was heard.

Four boys aged 14 to 16 arrested following recent fatal shooting in Jomtien

PATTAYA:--Four suspects aged between 14 and 16 have been arrested in connection with the recent fatal shooting in Jomtien last Monday morning.

A 16 year old boy was shot dead and a second man aged 20 was seriously injured. Pattaya Police held a reconstruction of the shooting on Wednesday in Soi Watboon under the watchful eye of Police Major General Jamnong, Commander of Chonburi Provincial Police. The murder weapon, was temporarily given back to the suspected shooter aged only 16 so he could show Police what happened. He claimed the deceased boy was brandishing a weapon during a meeting at the location where the gang was preparing to split money raised from a spate of burglaries undertaken by them in recent weeks.
