A friend asked me where to buy good quality posters and/or art prints in Pattaya.

He wants to decorate a blank condo wall.

Any idea?

The only place I've seen half-decent posters in Pattaya is in Index on Sukhumvit, but they're costly. At that price you might as well check out the "art shops" around town for oil paintings. Alternatively go up to Ikea, they usually have a quite nice selection of posters at reasonable prices.

Alternatively search online for images you like (large size) and get them printed in any large format printer shop around town...

For what it's worth, just on the left of the entrance of Homeworks there is a place (small stall) which can print posters to your requirements using a special inkjet printer (in BKK) . Have not used them, but they could print any graphics -

If you want to go the route of getting something printed there's a lot of shops in and around Tukcom who can do that right here in Pattaya.

Thx for your input. I have forwarded that and guess my friend will try the print on demand first.

Just buy online from one of the big poster companies and get sent to Thailand by far the easiest and cheapest way...
