Asking For Mobile Phone Credit In 7-11?

Featured Replies

I have a pre-pay phone and would like to purchase some credit for it from my local 7-11 in the vernacular.

How would I go about it please?

pom koor muu tuu _____

ผม ขอ มือถือ ___

Thanks!

(kho) dtoem ngoen Happy/True Move/etc. X baad khrap/kha.

I say - kaw bat torasap meu teu true move gow seep baht krap - (works OK for me.)

Most times where I go, they don't have a card but can issue a cash register receipt with the code number to enter instead.

Thanks, will give them a try.

1 2 call top up khrap, then hold up two hundred baht bills ?

just make sure if you want tRue move, to say "too move" :)

I just say sam roi baht AIS or Pan baht AIS . . . Sometimes I get a vague look but always leave the store with the desired top up.

Actually I think it's more like "too moof" or "troo moof"

The Thai spelling is ทรูมูฟ

I would always just say 'บัตรเติมเงิน 100฿ AIS/True Move/U Mobile' x หนึ่งใบ'

What if we want to top-up 3G Credit for Iphone ? Does anyone know what to add in particular?

I'm on Happy's Smartphone plan so 3G credit and phone credit is the same.

I just usually say 'gor DTAC song roi baht kup' and then sometimes they ask 'on-lai (online)' or 'card' and I say 'card.'

One 2 call neung roi... Never fails.

Neung roi happyyyyyyyyyyyyy krab, works for me
