You can go to any school and ask for private lessons. They are usually 500 THB an hour.

An individual would charge the same.

You may also consider posting an ad to Classifieds section on ThaiVisa, mentioning your location, proposed schedule, and desired price.

If I were you, I would just go to school, pay 25,000THB for 180 hours of study (~140THB an hour), stay confident about your teachers' qualifications, and benefit from co-learning with farang classmates.

And if you don't need an ED visa, you may ask for a good discount.
