I've been to Tesco and they don't have them as far as I could see anyone know where to get them?

Maybe ask the local Club (where you play) where they get their balls.

The oldest squash court in Chiangmai is Gymkhana, you can ask information there.

Thanks I'm asking for a friend who has just arrived and hasn't found the clubs yet he has 2 racquets but forgot the ball at home.

The sports shop in Robinson department store (super sports?) have them. About 100 baht a ball, they have all the colours available.

Gymkhana is the place to play.
