I want to rent a nice and clean house in Sai Mai area, especially near Phemsin road. Bugdet is apx. 15.000, at least 2 rooms.. Any suggestions or websites to check? Thanks in advance. Last time i was there at least one townhouse was for rent, a few for sale. 2 bedroom townhouse starts for around 4-5000 baht a month, safe area, good for kids because hey have a kindergarten and a playgarden at the start of the village, and last year with the floods it had only a few cm water.
