Could anyone tell me where to find a thermostat for an electric shower unit or water heater.

I've tried Amorn & surprisingly they don't have it, or don't know what Im talking about.

It doesn't need to be any specific brand, I want to use it to control the temp in an egg incubator.

Or can anyone suggest another type of thermostat that works in the range 35-40 dec C (100 f).
