let me rephrase the question

let us start with the simple basics for you all on the remedial plan:

has anyone else seen it?

tall and thin color tan/brown

round and bigger on the top

about 6 stories high, higher than the surrounding buildings

looks like a modern water tower but not sure

i think it actually says xzyte on it

errected within the past month

tucked away behind a construction site

you could also say it is behind soi chaiapoon

have seen little else that looks like this

Yes it's a water tower. I've seen a few similar around town, for example next to the train station.
