The advice from Sheryl is spot on, you should follow it. I was a Head Nurse for a Day Surgery Unit and we did very many surgical procedures, uteroscopy, where under anaesthesia ( spinal or general) they will introduce a scope and in it they can pass lighting wires and cutting instruments, which works like a drill. They can remove all the stones during one procedure. It will be a lengthy procedure, they have a screen connected so they can see everything. For such a procedure you may need an overnight stay. I don’t know hospitals in your area, but you got some good tips on those. Choose a reputable surgeon/ urologist, a Senior / Consultant for safety as well as accuracy. A complication can be a puncture in the ureter? So read your consent to surgery carefully and ask relevant questions, before and after. They could repair a puncture and you won’t know! If it were me, that’s the road I’d go down. After surgery you can try an Ayurvedic medicine called Cystone, which will help with the prevention of stone formation. You can get it Online, not expensive. I used it myself for several years, thankfully no recurrence! Coconut water is also said to be good! Good luck, shouldn’t be too major a problem if you get the right Surgeon. -
